TECHNOLOGY
We at AEOS take pride in the technology within each of Our workshop areas:
OXYGEN SECTION
Supporting airborne oxygen equipment by providing repair and overhaul facilities for cylinders, regulators, valves and masks.
ELECTRICAL SECTION
With a fully equipped workshop for the repair and overhaul of AC/DC electrical equipment, including actuators, motors, starters, generators, starter generators and a range of solid state regulating, control and protection accessories.
HYDROSTATIC TESTING OF CYLINDERS
Approved by the Australian Standards Association for the testing of pressure vessels, this workshop contains specialized de-valving, hydrostatic pressure testing and fibre optic probe equipment with video connection for the inspection of internal wall condition.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER SECTION
Maintaining airborne fire extinguishers for airlines, regional operators and military organizations. AEOS has full overhaul, hydrostatic test and re-charge capability including halon recovery and recycling.
FUEL & HYDRAULIC SECTION
Our hydraulics section is equipped to handle a variety of mechanical and electric driven components, including hydraulic pumps, motors, actuators, valves and fuel pumps.
MACHINE SHOP
Supporting our specialized needs for tools and jigging. This is a general purpose machine shop which houses lathes, milling and drilling machines, grinders, etc.
